Q. When will my order arrive?
Please note...we are open Monday to Friday...10 am to 4pm...
Once a parcel has left our warehouse we cannot hurry it up unfortunately. Please select Express shipping at the check out if your order is urgent. Currently we are only delivering to Great Britain due to the increased costs and general disruption to ship orders out of Great Britain.
Standard free delivery is Tracked 48 (2nd class with a courier or the Royal Mail) Any orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
If you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday we will send your order with Royal Mail or UPS, (please allow 3 working days for 1st class). Delivery is Monday to Friday and we do not currently operate a courier weekend delivery service.
Any orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
We have no courier collections or customer deliveries during the weekend.
Q. How can I get in touch?
You can get in touch via e-mail; info@takeeataway.com, by telephone 07856 975205 or via our contact page. We aim to respond quickly, normally the same working day. We are open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. We are usually able to answer queries out with these hours, so you can always drop us an e-mail.
Q. Do you charge for delivery?
It is currently free (for orders over £9.99) for mainland UK addresses. This is a Tracked 48, 2nd class service with the Royal Mail (so please allow 3 working days). You can choose the Tracked 24 or Express option at the checkout page. Express delivery is normally a next business day service. Just order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and we will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will typically be processed the next business day (Monday to Thursday).
Additional delivery charges maybe applied to the following postcodes and delivery times are increased to 2 to 3 working days:

PO30 to PO41
IM, HS, IV41 toIV51, IV55 to IV56, KA27 to KA28, PA20, PA41 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE
Our postal charges are based on weight, so if you are in any doubt, please contact us for specific postal fees.
Q. Do you post Internationally?
Not at this time due to the increased costs. We are only shipping pallets (200 units) to Europe, so if you think you can order enough to fill a pallet, please let us know.
Q. Do you have a re-stocking fee?
No for orders under £250 we do not charge a re-stocking fee. Any order over £250 we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee to cover any cost we incur for extra storage space required and staff to manually check the products. This charge will be not greater than 20% of your order cost.
